PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

The finished products are packed and shipped diligently to avoid any damage to the jewelry. We have a very durable and carefully Handled Packaging Process. Each Jewelry Is Packed in a plastic bag, and it is then double wrapped with a biodegradable plastic bubble wrap to ensure the safety of the product. All jewelry items packaged from Gemx Jewellery arrive at your doorstep in a strong, durable, and tamper-proof packing box. We also provide the packing as Per the customer's Specifications.

We only recommend USPS, UPS, FedEx shipping, or DHL services while shipping exchanges or returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Estimated shipping time

We ship items daily Monday- Friday (excluding holidays). Items are shipped in the order we receive, so please upgrade your shipping to faster shipping mode at the time of checkout if you want your order soon. For urgent orders, contact us or use express or next-day shipping if accessible for your region. The following are the approximate delivery times of shipping companies once the order is processed:

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you have chosen. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to show movement.
